Balancing energy during times of transition
I have been practicing Reiki since 2010 and was certified as a Reiki master in July 2011. I bring an intuitive, empathetic approach to my Reiki practice by incorporating the technique of Reiji-Ho, which encourages trusting and following intuition so that the traditional hand placements are combined with allowing the energy to guide my hands where the energy and healing are needed.
I believe that Reiki is a subtle form of energy healing that reduces stress and accelerates the body's self-healing abilities while strengthening the immune system. It is integrative, complementary health care that is not intended to replace the care of a doctor.
Reiki also creates a sense of security that allows emotional release to occur. I have seen Reiki heal physical pain, ease emotional distress, anxiety, depression and help my clients literally get unstuck and change the course of their lives. I have witnessed many of my clients quit jobs that no longer served them and embark on new careers, move to new locations, exit or heal toxic relationships and generally take a leap of faith in charting a new life path. I feel privileged to have been part of their healing and facilitating in their transition. I don't take the credit for these miracles; Reiki is the healer and I am merely the conduit of this spiritually guided life force energy. I receive as much healing energy as I give because Reiki is truly limitless life energy that balances, restores and renews.
I have not practiced in person Reiki since March and contracted CoronaVirus in April 2020. I was fully recovered by June 2020 and have been practicing distance Reiki since then. I will not be returning to my Brookline office because my lease ended in September 2020.
I have also been a practicing psychic for over 35 years, an astrologer for 30 years and recently became a life purpose coach. I write a weekly astrology blog called Dance of the Phoenix at:
